This notice explains how Israel Hernandez, Think Boutiq Real Estate, and HomesbyIsraelHE.com handle information submitted through calculators, report requests, contact forms, market tools, and related website experiences.
Information collected
Depending on what you choose to provide, information may include your name, email, phone number, consent preference, property address, calculator inputs and results, decision priorities, timeframe, page and referral information, and messages sent through the site. An address and phone number are optional on calculator report forms.
How information is used
Information is used to create requested reports, preserve and update calculator scenarios, respond to real estate questions, provide relevant follow-up, improve website experiences, prevent abuse, maintain records, and meet legal or brokerage obligations. Calculator results are planning estimates and are not used to make automated eligibility or lending decisions.
Systems and service providers
Submissions may be processed through Cloudflare for hosting, encrypted storage, security, and queues; Lofty as the customer relationship management system; and OpenAI for private lead classification and response-drafting assistance. Exact addresses, parcel identifiers, email addresses, and phone numbers are withheld from the OpenAI prompt used by the calculator lead workflow. Providers process data under their own contractual and security terms.
Calls, texts, and email
Providing an email permits a response about the requested report or inquiry. Phone calls or texts are permitted only when a phone number is provided with the separate call/text consent checkbox. Consent is not a condition of using a calculator or receiving the browser-based report. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP and may ask to stop other follow-up at any time.
Retention and security
Downloaded calculator PDFs are generated locally in your browser and saved directly to your device without placing report values in the URL or persistent browser storage. If you explicitly choose the Print or presentation view, report data is transferred through one-time session storage in the new browser tab, removed immediately after use, and excluded from report URLs. Address and contact forms suppress session-replay and advertising scripts. Query strings and fragments are removed before page or referral URLs are stored with a lead. After successful CRM processing, the transient Cloudflare intake record is minimized so contact details, addresses, calculator payloads, and generated drafts do not remain duplicated there. Lofty retains the relationship record for requested services, follow-up, brokerage records, and applicable legal requirements. Failed or incomplete submissions may remain temporarily available for secure retry and troubleshooting. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to records that must be retained by law or legitimate operational requirements. You may also ask not to receive further marketing communications.
